If you usually bring lunch to work, develop this habit (otherwise, this is a good idea). Preparing lunch the night before will prevent you from wasting some time in preparation. If you need to make business calls, schedule appointments, pay bills, or just want to take a good book with you during your lunch break, this will be a valuable time-saving method. Or, instead of eating lunch one day at a time, cook on the weekend to prepare lunch for the entire week.
